Joe and Murphy

Murphy has been awarded his CGC and in addition to Rally, Joe and Murphy are training in agility!! Murphy has proven to be a natural at agility so we expect some agility titles soon!! Murphy has a wonderful personallity and he's easy to work with. Joe is really looking forward to Murphy turning 15 months so they can compete in Agility!!

Updates in Murphy:
12/2009: Joe Sweeney's Banquo flat-coat, Murphy, (handled by Penny's husband Dale McElrath) went WD both days to finish his conformation championship - Murphy has gone undefeated for the past five straight shows he has been entered in.

11/2009 - went Winners Dog all 3 days and now as 13 points towards his conformation championship.

September 2009- Durham Kennel Club AKC agility trial- Joe and Murphy scored a 100 on JWW and took second place!!!

September 2009 - Joe and Murphy completed their Rally Novice title! Congrats to this great team!

July 2009: Check out those weaves!!

May 2009: Joe Sweeney and flat-coat kid Murphy who placed THIRD in his very first Dock Diving competition this past weekend - with a jump of 18.4 feet! Murphy is just a year old - and we can't wait to see what is in his future!

April / May2009: Murphy has decided to try his paw at a couple of new sports!! Here are some photos from Muphy's Dock Dog and Hunt Trial Training Adventures!
Murphy jumped 3 feet, 5 feet and 9 feet. By the end of the day he ended with 3 jumps of 15, 16 and 16 feet!

Tarheel Circuit 3/2009
Murphy went Winners Dog/BOW on Saturday for 2 points. He now has 9 points/both majors at age 12 months. (went reserve on Friday and Sunday)
